Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Bundle items are sourced from multiple fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages. Each item will be shipped individually within the standard delivery window of 7-12 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
PawNest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (this includes tariffs, VAT, and import duties).

Damages and Lost Items:
We want you to love your order. If your product is lost in transit or arrives damaged upon delivery, PawNest will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pawnesthq.com with clear photos of the damage so we can immediately arrange a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
