SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Free shipping on US orders over $40

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
PawNest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (this includes tariffs, VAT, and import duties).

Damages:
PawNest is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
